This position plays a key role in helping homeowners maintain safe, affordable housing while supporting the organization's mission to strengthen neighborhoods and improve quality of life. Responsibilities Manage multiple home repair and rehabilitation projects from planning through completion Coordinate project schedules, permits, inspections, subcontractors, and material procurement Maintain project documentation, compliance records, and project management software updates Communicate with homeowners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery Track project progress, budgets, timelines, and warranty-related items Support grant-funded program requirements and reporting activities Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction project management, coordination, estimating, or related experience Strong knowledge of residential repairs, roofing, permitting, and construction processes Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; BuilderTrend experience preferred Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Valid driver's license Preferred Experience with grant-funded construction or housing programs Residential rehabilitation or home preservation experience Familiarity with lead-safe practices and compliance requirements This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping families maintain safe and affordable homes.Pay:
