Residential Construction Estimating Manager Our Estimating department plays an integral role in our home building process. Working with completed prints, Estimators establish budgets and material lists for the construction of a new home. The Estimating Manager leads the department, ensuring the team produces accurate and on time estimates and sets clear expectations that promote quality growth. The ideal candidate will focus on training and improvement of current team, promote a team environment and encourage core values, create outstanding experiences for all stakeholders, while improving efficiency and accuracy.
