This role is responsible for managing project execution, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality standards, and promoting job site safety. Responsibilities Supervise multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously. Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress. Ensure quality control and safety standards are met. Resolve project issues and support successful project completion. Maintain project documentation and status updates. Qualifications 2+ years of commercial construction experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with excellent follow-through. Valid driver's license required. Travel Up to 50% travel required. Projects are generally located within a two-hour radius of Albany, with occasional travel beyond that area as needed.
