Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide work processes. Coordinate with various teams to manage project scheduling and resource allocation effectively. Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Skills Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics. Strong knowledge of pipeline construction management principles. Understanding of OSHA regulations related to construction safety practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
