Role:

We seek a diligent Construction Supervisor to act as the on-site representative for energy infrastructure and pre-construction routing projects across various locations. In this role, you will ensure contractor compliance with safety and construction standards, provide technical support for project development, and serve as a crucial link between engineering teams, contractors, project managers, and site leadership. Your expertise in field construction management and technical support will drive the successful execution of major energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise third-party contractors and vendors as the on-site company representative. Enforce adherence to OSHA, electrical, LOTO, and corporate construction standards to maintain a safe working environment. Oversee installation activities, including conduit, cable installation, testing, splicing, underground locates, and foundations. Document daily activities, capture progress photos, and report updates to site leadership to maintain accurate project records. Review plant design criteria, engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance. Support route development for gen-tie and infrastructure projects, applying value-engineering concepts to improve routing. Conduct field visits to verify routing assumptions and pre-construction readiness.

Qualifications:

Required Skills 6-10 years of experience supporting construction, energy, utility, or infrastructure projects. Field management or construction oversight experience on electrical projects. Knowledge of

LOTO, OSHA

standards, and field safety protocols. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, route maps, specs, and construction documents. Able and willing to travel to sites across the U.S. for extended assignments. Preferred Skills Experience reviewing contracts or technical requirements for construction work. Military electrical or engineering experience. Understanding of routing criteria, value engineering, and permitting-related considerations.
