Supervising experience Construction drawing review Construction team management Managing teams in a construction management role Commercial building projects Roofing Full Job Description Coop Construction & Roofing is seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Field Superintendents to oversee roofing projects on a project-by-project basis. The Field Superintendent serves as Coop's on-site representative and is responsible for quality control, safety, crew coordination, documentation, and project execution. This is not an estimator or office project manager position. Responsibilities Attend pre-construction meetings as required Verify project conditions before mobilization Coordinate jobsite setup and material staging Manage roofing crews and subcontractors Ensure work is completed per plans and specifications Enforce OSHA and safety requirements Conduct daily quality-control inspections Document progress with photos and daily reports Communicate project updates to Coop management Coordinate inspections when required Complete punch lists and project closeout Requirements 5+ years commercial roofing field experience Experience supervising commercial roofing crews
Knowledge of:
TPO PVC EPDM
Modified Bitumen Coatings Metal Roofing Ability to read plans and specifications Strong communication skills OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Reliable transportation Ideal Background Commercial Roofing Superintendent Roofing Foreman ready for advancement
Former Roofing Operations Manager Traveling Roofing Superintendent Independent Roofing Consultant Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
