Job Description
Bring your preconstruction and pricing authority to Oklahoma City and help shape the pipeline behind high-end steep-slope roofing work. In this Preconstruction & Business Development Manager opportunity, you'll support institutional and church pursuits across Oklahoma while owning the pricing end-to-end and building relationships that keep major projects moving. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Preconstruction & Business Development Manager position include: 3-5 years of preconstruction experience, including independently scoping, pricing, and pursuing million-dollar (and up) institutional or commercial projects. Public-bid literacy, including bid bonds, prequalification, SAM.gov, and state/municipal procurement requirements. Strong plan reading, takeoff, estimating, and real pricing ability (non-negotiable). Presence and client-facing confidence, including the ability to speak with architecture firms and church building committees professionally. Willingness to put miles on a truck for statewide pre-bid meetings and site walks as needed. Institutional pursuit and outbound bid development as the primary function (30%). Estimating and pricing, including institutional work plus a quick-turn premium composition line (25%). Contract administration, relationship infrastructure, subcontractor bid procurement and buyout, and composition layer crew booking (15% contract admin/POs; 15% relationship infrastructure; 10% composition layer program; 5% procurement/buyout).
