Grove, OK Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•3:00 PM (Part-Time) Are you organized, dependable, and passionate about enriching the lives of seniors? DOCServices, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator to lead individual and group activities, manage meal programs, and foster a warm, welcoming community at the Grove Senior Center.
Key Responsibilities Activity Leadership:
Plan, organize, and conduct engaging group activities and community events.
Meal Program Oversight:
Supervise both congregate (on-site) and home-delivered meal services.
Volunteer Coordination:
Oversee volunteers handling meal deliveries and event support.
Compliance & Reporting:
Prepare Older Americans Act (OAA) documentation, including rosters, monthly reports, and client assessments.
Safety & Environment:
Enforce local health, fire, and safety regulations while maintaining a cheerful, positive atmosphere.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Background in directing community service, recreational programs, or closely related fields. Previous experience is a plus but not required.
Communication:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Core Traits:
Highly organized, trustworthy, and dependable.
Emergency Readiness:
Ability to act quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
