Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Weatherization Manager to lead our energy efficiency and home improvement initiatives. In this role, you will oversee weatherization projects aimed at enhancing building performance, reducing energy consumption, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success from planning through execution, fostering collaboration among teams, contractors, and clients. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of weatherization projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery, working with DOE, OKDHS, ODOC and other agencies. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines using construction management software tools
WAPLINK, CAPTAIN, OGX
Oversee site assessments, blueprint reading, schematics review, and construction estimating to accurately scope work and allocate resources effectively. Monitor project progress through project scheduling and construction site experience to identify risks or delays early and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, contracts, and environmental standards throughout all project stages. Utilize technical skills and other construction management software to facilitate project documentation, bid preparation, and contract management. Foster strong project coordination by managing subcontractors, vendors, and team members to optimize productivity and quality outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or project management within the building or energy efficiency sectors. Experience with Community Action Agency Weatherization program and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contracts management. Proficiency with industry-standard software such as OGX, CAPTAIN, WAPLINK and other construction management tools. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, time management, and construction estimating to deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and client engagement. Relevant certifications or experience in construction site safety standards are a plus. Prior hands-on experience in weatherization or related fields is highly desirable. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
