Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Roofing Crew Supervisor to lead and coordinate roofing projects. This is a supervisory position, not a labor position. Company vehicle included. This role is vital in ensuring the successful execution of roofing operations, maintaining safety standards, and fostering effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, experience supervising crews, and a thorough understanding of construction regulations and safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project workflows, ensure quality control, and support project scheduling—all while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will sit on sight, run for materials, and oversee quality control. Responsibilities Supervise roofing crews to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to safety standards, and high-quality workmanship. Coordinate project schedules using construction management software. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and daily reports. Oversee construction safety compliance by implementing federal OSHA regulations and construction safety management practices on site. Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, scheduling, and quality control to ensure projects stay within scope and meet client expectations. Facilitate communication between field teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly. This role is paid in accordance with industry standards for supervisory positions in the construction sector—offering a rewarding opportunity for those eager to lead projects safely and efficiently while advancing their management career in the roofing industry.
