This project requires an experienced Electrical / Substation Superintendent to oversee field construction activities related to high-voltage power distribution, substations, underground electrical systems, and energization efforts.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily field operations for substation and power infrastructure constructionCoordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logisticsEnsure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standardsOversee installation of high-voltage and medium-voltage systemsManage switchgear, transformers, underground duct banks, and associated electrical equipmentDrive project schedules and participate in owner and subcontractor meetingsSupport testing, commissioning, and energization activities

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on electrical, utility, power delivery, industrial, or substation projectsExperience with high-voltage or medium-voltage construction preferredBackground in substations, switchyards, utility infrastructure, renewable energy, industrial facilities, or data centersStrong leadership and subcontractor management skillsAbility to read construction drawings and coordinate across multiple tradesOSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
