Luxe Homes is hiring a Construction Site Supervisor with a view to evolving the role into a Project Manager position. This role will support day-to-day field coordination on high-end residential projects. It is ideal for someone who knows residential construction, enjoys being on site, communicates well with subcontractors, and takes pride in keeping projects moving smoothly. You will help coordinate trades, deliveries, materials, inspections, jobsite details, and quality standards while supporting the Project Manager and owner. Primary Responsibilities Project Coordination & Scheduling Assist in planning and coordinating all phases of residential construction Maintain project schedules and monitor construction progress Coordinate subcontractor activities and sequencing Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively develop solutions Assist with inspection scheduling and permit-related requirements Communicate project status to company leadership Jobsite Supervision Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations Verify work is being completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards Maintain professional, organized, and safe jobsites Coordinate site access and readiness for subcontractors Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed Address field issues before they impact schedule or quality Quality Control Conduct routine jobsite walkthroughs Review completed work for quality and workmanship Develop and manage punch lists Coordinate corrective work when necessary Verify installation compliance with plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and company standards Material & Vendor Coordination Coordinate material deliveries and verify accuracy Organize and stage materials for efficient installation Pick up and deliver materials when necessary Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors Monitor inventory of frequently used jobsite materials and supplies Subcontractor Management Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers Support subcontractors by ensuring jobsite readiness Communicate expectations regarding quality, schedule, and site conditions Assist in resolving field conflicts and logistical issues Promote productive working relationships among project participants Site Logistics & Operations Coordinate temporary utilities, heating systems, and jobsite services Schedule and manage debris removal and dumpster service Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization Protect completed work from damage Support company safety practices and site security Physical Jobsite Support As needed, this position may also: Operate company trucks and trailers Transport construction materials and supplies Load and unload materials Assist with jobsite organization and cleanup Perform miscellaneous field tasks necessary to maintain project progress project. Qualifications Required Valid Oregon driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to operate pickup trucks and trailers safely Ability to lift and carry construction materials Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Preferred 3+ years of residential construction experience Experience supervising construction projects or crews Understanding of residential construction sequencing and scheduling Ability to read construction plans and specifications Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors Familiarity with project management software and digital construction tools Knowledge of residential building practices, materials, and quality standards Pay and benefits: Full-time, W-2
Employment Pay:
$75,000•125,000 per year, depending on experience, construction knowledge, and ability to manage high-end residential jobsite details. Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available as the company grows. Vehicle allowance or company vehicle options may be discussed based on operational needs and experience. Additional benefits may become available as the company grows.
