Construction Project Manager

Description Jobsite Documentation:

Manage and maintain all project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC reports, and submittals.

Equipment and Material Coordination:

Coordinate the delivery and logistics of equipment and materials to ensure timely and efficient project progress.

Estimating and Budgeting:

Assemble detailed project estimates and budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions.

Subcontractor and Vendor Management:

Oversee and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.

Project Meetings and Communication:

Attend and actively participate in project meetings, effectively communicating with all levels of the project team and stakeholders.

Purchase Orders and Subcontracts:

Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Project Plan Understanding:

Thoroughly understand project plans and specifications, providing guidance and answers to field personnel as needed.

Construction Methods:

Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods and assist the project team with conflict resolution. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
