Full Job Description Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise landscaping, construction, and property maintenance crews. Conduct site visits and prepare accurate bids and estimates. Perform hands-on construction, landscaping, and general home maintenance work as needed. Plan projects, schedule employees, and coordinate materials and equipment. Oversee fencing, decking, hardscaping, irrigation, repairs, and property improvements. Monitor labor hours, material costs, and project profitability. Maintain quality standards and communicate professionally with customers. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone with a strong hands-on background in construction, landscaping, and property maintenance who can independently estimate jobs, solve problems, lead crews, and manage projects from start to finish.

Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
