We are currently seeking a project manager for our Southern Oregon Region. This position will operate out of our Grants Pass, Oregon Office.•

Palm Restore Summary:
Palm Industries is seeking a proactive, organized Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects after water, fire, or mold damage. You'll partner with estimators to plan, execute, and deliver restoration projects on time and on budget, maintaining our high standards of care, quality, and precision. This role requires excellent communication, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Coordination Manage the build-back phase from start to finish, including scheduling, materials, and subcontractors. Keep critical paths updated and projects at least two weeks planned ahead. Maintain accurate project documentation in Dash (NextGear). Quality Control Regularly inspect jobsites for quality and safety. Hold crews accountable to deadlines and workmanship standards. Take ownership of mistakes, communicate proactively, and resolve issues quickly. Team and Culture Lead with a positive, can-do attitude in this emergency response industry. Deliver exceptional service to customers, adjusters, agents, and team members.

Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years in restoration project management or similar construction experience. Strong understanding of construction practices, permitting, and local building codes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Valid driver's license, with ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel locally. High school diploma or GED required. Safety conscious and highly organized. Xactimate, Dash (NextGear), and IICRC certifications are a plus. Why Join Palm Industries?
