All work is local to Jacksonville. Job Description Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Monitor and enforce safety standards and regulations on-site. Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications. Communicate project progress and address any issues with stakeholders. Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction. Prepare and maintain accurate reports, schedules, and documentation. Collaborate with project managers to resolve any on-site challenges. The Successful Applicant A successful Ground Up Superintendent should have: Experience managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications. Ability to identify and solve problems in a busy environment.
