Job Description Oversee day-to-day operations and activities on industrial construction sites. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to maintain timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans as needed to meet project goals. Travel to various job sites to oversee and manage construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience with ground up industrial construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage construction teams effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Ability to travel frequently to project sites as required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction scheduling and budgeting tools.
