- Committed to professionalism, performance, and people About the Job As a Superintendent, you'll lead and supervise all on-site field operations for renovation construction projects. From scheduling and subcontractor coordination to safety enforcement and quality control, you'll ensure that every phase of work is executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, safety, logistics, and subcontractor activities
- Track budgets and change orders while maintaining QA/QC and progress reporting standards
- Collaborate with office and field teams to align execution with project specifications and client expectations
- Prepare and manage job documentation, host project meetings, and ensure timely invoice processing
