Job Description

RoseVilla is seeking a full-time Lead Project Coordinator to join our team! The Lead Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing apartment and cottage renovation process as well as documenting, implementing and administering facility compliance requirements for RoseVilla's 22-acre campus.

Who we need:
Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills. Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software. Experience in maintenance, construction, renovations, and building systems. Able to manage vendors, subcontractors, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of compliance requirements and OSHA safety standards. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Professional, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent service to residents and team members.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Rotating on-call schedule every 7 weeks Wage and benefits: Starting wage for $32.00 to $37.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, non-exempt position Choice of medical plans with few out-of-pocket costs Dental, Vision, and life insurance 40 hours of Sick time 15 Days Paid Time Off in your first year PLUS 7 paid holidays Retirement plan with significant employer match Discount at the on-site restaurant

Required:
  • At least 5 years of prior work experience in construction, renovations or general maintenance
  • At least 3 years of experience managing construction or renovation projects
  • At least 3 years of experience managing vendors and sub-contractors
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and able to pass a motor vehicle records check
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Preferred:
  • 6 or more years of prior work experience in construction, renovations or general maintenance
  • 4 or more years of experience managing construction or renovation projects
