- A well-established and growing restoration/construction company is seeking a Reconstruction Coordinator to support project operations from lead intake through project completion. This role serves as the central point of coordination between internal teams, customers, vendors, and accounting to ensure projects move efficiently through every phase of the reconstruction process. Position Summary
- This person serves as the business manager for any and all assigned files, they oversee the everything from start to finish from the lead generation through closeout.
- Oversee reconstruction projects from lead intake through final closeout, coordinating across departments to track progress, manage documentation, monitor risks and roadblocks, and ensure each phase is completed before advancing to the next stage.
