We're partnering with an established construction and restoration company looking for an experienced Project Director to join their team. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands construction from the ground up but also knows how to manage the bigger picture — customers, field teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and the financial success of each project. You'll oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects while serving as a critical connection between the customer, field operations, and internal leadership.What You'll Do:
Oversee multiple construction and restoration projects simultaneously Manage projects from initial scope through completion and collection Coordinate Project Managers, subcontractors, field personnel, schedules, and job starts Maintain strong communication with customers, adjusters, consultants, insurance representatives, and internal teams Monitor project scope, budgets, labor, materials, schedules, and overall profitability Provide leadership and direction to keep projects moving on time and within budget Manage project payment terms and help drive collection of outstanding A/R Coordinate emergency restoration services involving water, fire, smoke, and board-up work Oversee permits, inspections, certifications, and project documentation Use Salesforce for project management, forecasting, reporting, work orders, labor, and material tracking Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company safety requirements are consistently followed Visit active jobsites to evaluate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and support field teams Identify issues early and take ownership of finding solutions What's In It forYou:
