Right now the focus is on the Healthcare part of the business. They are seeking a Project Manager with good Hospital and Healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities & Duties Provide oversight for multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Mentor and support project managers and superintendents to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules. Collaborate with leadership to implement company strategies and initiatives. Participate in business development activities to expand client relationships and industry presence. 2nd choice would be regular Construction Project Management 3rd choice would be Mechanical Construction Project Management.
