Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Residential Roofing Sales Representative ready to take their career to the next level. This is a high-potential role with uncapped commissions and strong leadership opportunities for the right individual. If you have a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and want to be part of a fast-growing company in the South Florida construction industry— we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

Perform roof inspections and present clear, detailed estimates to homeowners Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and the insurance claims process when applicable Close contracts and guide customers through the entire re-roof process Track all activity in CRM and meet monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience (construction, roofing, or related industry preferred) Confidence, charisma, and strong communication skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a desire to succeed Ability to climb ladders and assess roofs (we'll train you) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
