Job Details Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of California 6+ years of litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in real estate litigation; experience with business litigation is a plus Strong working knowledge of the California code of civil procedure, evidence code, and
