$90,000+ (Consummate with experience) Position Overview Marlin Construction Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a 6+ month project assignment in Berwick, Pennsylvania . We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of project execution while working closely with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, clients, engineers, and company leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in sitework, underground utilities, excavation, or heavy civil construction . However, we are open to experienced Construction Project Managers from other backgrounds who have successfully managed complex construction projects. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of construction projects from planning through completion and closeout Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost projections Coordinate field operations with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and other project stakeholders Manage subcontractor and vendor scopes, pricing, contracts, and performance Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and other construction documents Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation Track project costs and proactively identify potential budget or schedule issues Coordinate material procurement and equipment requirements with field operations Attend and lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams Work closely with field leadership to resolve constructability and production issues Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and contractual requirements Maintain clear communication with clients and company leadership throughout the project Manage project closeout, punch-list completion, final documentation, and turnover Qualifications Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a comparable construction project-management position Demonstrated experience managing construction projects, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with both field and office personnel Proficiency with common construction project-management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license Ability to work on-site in the Berwick, PA area Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: Underground utilities Site development and sitework Water and sewer Stormwater and drainage Excavation and earthwork Grading Roadway and paving Concrete Heavy civil construction Municipal or public infrastructure projects Candidates with strong commercial, industrial, or other construction Project Management experience are also encouraged to apply.
