On Site Construction Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced On Site Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction activities for high-impact projects. This role involves managing multiple construction projects, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-site representative, providing day-to-day field oversight and coordination of construction activities. Manage and coordinate the daily work of general contractors and owner-retained contractors to maintain progress and schedule alignment. Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents. Maintain continuous communication with owners, project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve issues and anticipate risks. Organize and maintain job sites, field offices, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation. Prepare clear, detailed daily reports capturing progress, site conditions, staffing, inspections, and photographic documentation. Oversee punch list execution, corrective work, and project closeout activities. Essential Skills High School diploma or Associate's degree. 5+ years of experience in electrical construction (field-based). OSHA 30 certification. Experience with private and public construction projects. Proficient in multi-prime contracts. Ability to read blueprints and construction plans. Willingness and ability to travel throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in project management and construction management. Experience as an owner's representative. Knowledge of commercial construction, education, and public works. Familiarity with specifications and change orders. Understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and mechanical aspects. Work Environment The role is field-focused, requiring hands-on management of construction sites. You will work with a collaborative PMCM team dedicated to project excellence and client advocacy. The position involves travel throughout the eastern Pennsylvania area. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
