Overview Join our dynamic residential construction team as a Construction Foreman, where you'll lead and oversee all aspects of residential building projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for a motivated leader with a passion for managing construction sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be instrumental in supervising crews, reviewing blueprints, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across multiple residential developments. Your expertise will help shape beautiful homes while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on residential sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to optimize productivity and quality. Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to ensure accurate implementation and compliance with design specifications. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools to track progress, update schedules, and manage project documentation. Interpret technical drawings and schematics to guide on-site activities and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly. Enforce federal construction safety regulations including OSHA standards; conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks. Oversee construction schedule coordination, budgeting processes, quality control measures, and project estimating to meet client expectations. Lead team management efforts by supervising crew members, managing labor resources effectively, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Review contracts and manage compliance with construction regulations while maintaining clear communication with management and clients. Conduct construction site inspections using tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary; ensure all work meets industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial construction management with strong supervisory skills. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or similar programs. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret complex technical information accurately. Familiarity with OSHA standards and federal safety regulations specific to construction sites; experience implementing safety programs is essential. Strong project scheduling skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for managing teams effectively and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Background in interpreting technical drawings related to pipelines or electrical schematics is a plus. Ability to manage budgets efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards; experience with construction estimating is preferred. Valid management credentials with supervisory experience in heavy construction environments; familiarity with managing crews in residential settings is highly desirable. $20.00 - $36.50 per hour
