Structural Project Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Structural Engineering required 4+ Years of Structural Engineering - Parking Structures, Mixed-Use Developments, Concrete/Steel Design experience required 1+ Years of Preconstruction Project Management experience (Commercial buildings/Multi Level Parking Structures, etc.) required Experience with structural analysis required PE License preferred

Managing structural engineering projects from setup through design and construction for parking structures and mixed-use developments Responsibilities include overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating teams and subconsultants, and ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget Additional duties include supporting structural design, reviewing calculations, developing concrete and steel systems, managing timelines, and assisting with proposals, contracts, budgeting, and structural assessments Remain deadline and detail-oriented Collaborate with the team and management Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
