Prime Development & Construction LLC is a growing construction company serving Central Pennsylvania. We specialize in residential and commercial renovations, remodeling, additions, and construction projects. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and help drive business growth. Position Summary The Construction Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This leadership role requires excellent organizational skills, project management experience, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. We're looking for someone who not only manages operations but also helps grow the business by developing new client relationships and identifying new project opportunities Responsibilities Manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects. Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and job progress. Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance. Communicate with clients and provide project updates. Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation when needed. Order materials and coordinate deliveries. Develop and improve operational processes and workflow. Recruit, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and field personnel. Identify and pursue new construction opportunities and business partnerships. Represent the company professionally in meetings and networking events. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of construction management or operations experience. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
