Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction & Commissioning Manager to lead industrial construction projects from design through commissioning and start-up. This role is responsible for project execution, safety, scheduling, cost control, contractor management, and customer engagement to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage construction and commissioning projects from inception to completion. Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and execution plans. Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Lead on-site construction, commissioning, and start-up activities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reporting. Manage project risks, costs, contracts, and customer relationships. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years' experience in industrial construction and project management. Strong experience with commissioning and start-up activities. Proven leadership, contractor management, and customer-facing skills. Experience with project scheduling software (MS Project preferred). Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%). Preferred Industry Experience Industrial Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial Gases, Process Plants, EPC Projects, or Heavy Industrial Construction.
