April 14, 2026 : Job Summary Responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from the initial consultation in the conceptual phase through to completion and delivery to the client. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the project schedule, ensuring effective communication with the Superintendent, vendors, and Owner. Review and approve all subcontractor invoices, including the invoice format. Collaborate with the Superintendent to establish accurate percent complete figures and communicate this information to Bookkeeping. Participate in all vendor selections with the estimator and advise others on vendor performance. Develop evaluation criteria. Work with estimating to keep production rates and unit costs current. Review in-house prepared drawings for constructability and completeness after contract signing and before construction. Maintain a complete set of current drawings in the home office and at the job site. Ensure design maintains the list of all issued drawings. Obtain and expedite all submittals from vendors. Expedite all submittals to the owner. Review and approve shop drawings when acceptable, ensuring the field has approved shop drawings. Stay current with the latest innovations in products, equipment, and installation techniques. Maintain and strive to improve high standards in jobsite safety, quality, aggressive scheduling and delivery, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. Qualifications Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a construction company project support or related role. Bachelor's Degree in a field related to the construction industry. Working knowledge of project management and related applications (ProCore, MS Project, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
