Commercial Construction Superintendant

Overview We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Commercial Construction Superintendent for a high-profile project in Colmar, PA. This is a 4-month contract overseeing the build-out of a new Rivian Service Center, with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time position with our firm upon successful, on-time completion. As the on-site leader, you will be directly responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to schedules and corporate design specs, maintaining a safe job site, and driving the project to a successful close. Key Responsibilities On-Site Leadership:

Provide daily, hands-on supervision of all construction activities, subcontractors, and vendors on-site.

Schedule & Execution:

Drive the project schedule aggressively to ensure all milestones are met within the tight 4-month timeline.

Quality Control:

Maintain exceptional quality standards, ensuring all work strictly aligns with architectural plans, corporate specs, and local building codes.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce strict OSHA compliance and job site safety protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure site daily.

Coordination & Communication:

Act as the primary on-site point of contact. Coordinate daily schedules, resolve field issues efficiently, and provide clear progress updates to the project management team.

Qualifications & Experience Experience:

Experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.

Project Delivery:

Proven track record of successfully running and closing out projects on accelerated schedules.

Technical Skills:

Strong ability to read, interpret, and enforce blueprints, architectural drawings, and MEP specs.

Leadership:

Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and subcontractor management skills.

Certifications:

OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

Location:

Must be local to or within an easy daily commute of Colmar, PA or willing to relocate for the job duration.

$67,243.92 - $80,981.92 per year
