5:00 AM - 2:00

PM Friday:

5:00 AM - 11:00 AM Overtime available based on project needs What You'll Do Supervise daily operations on commercial construction job sites Lead crews while working alongside them as needed Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed efficiently Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and job site safety Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards What We're Looking For 10+ years of commercial construction experience , including job site supervision Hands-on experience with commercial office fit-outs, tenant improvements, and interior renovations Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct crews Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints and coordinate multiple trades Safety-focused with a commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license Requirements Must have your own truck Must provide your own hand tools Must be willing to travel to job sites within approximately one hour of Conshohocken Must be comfortable performing physical construction work while supervising projects Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical benefits 401(k) eligibility after the applicable waiting period Stable, full-time, year-round employment Opportunity for long-term career growth with an established commercial contractor If you're a dependable commercial construction leader who enjoys managing projects while staying hands-on in the field, we'd like to meet you.
