We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to Cocalico Builders LTD has been serving the commercial and residential industries since 1971. We have built a solid reputation for personal service, quality building products, and most of all, fine artisanship. We offer a complete construction workeragement service, taking care of all aspects of the job. Dwight and his staff will meet with prospective clients and walk them through all of their options..
Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Casual work attire Safe work environment To succeed in this position, you should have previous experience in construction estimating, value engineering and management of subcontractors. It's ideal if you have a degree in construction workeragement or business. We're looking for candidates with experience in the telecommunications industry, excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Estimate elements to be constructed or repaired. Understand and work with blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Know the building materials used in the construction industry. Know and understand codes, laws, and policies that apply to a project.
