+ Cell Allowance) About the Role Miller Restoration, Inc. is a leading disaster restoration and reconstruction firm serving Southeastern Pennsylvania. We specialize in transforming damaged properties back to pre-loss conditions following fire, water, storm, or structural incidents. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Production Project Manager

•Reconstruction to oversee field execution across active residential and commercial rebuild projects simultaneously. In this role, you are the quarterback of the job site. You will receive approved Xactimate scopes from our Estimating team and take full operational ownership-scheduling quality trade subcontractors, procuring materials, enforcing a minimum gross margin, driving speed, and delivering exceptional customer communication.

Core Responsibilities Field Execution & Trade Oversight:

Direct and schedule trade subcontractors (framing, drywall, paint, MEPs, flooring) across assigned project sites. Conduct regular quality, safety, and progress audits.

Budget & Margin Control:

Manage direct job costs (labor, materials, dumpsters, equipment) to meet or exceed targeted Gross Margins on every file.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent, proactive updates to ensure high CSAT scores.

Schedule & Velocity:

Drive project completion times, ensuring rebuilds are finished within acceptable time frame.

File & Supplement Documentation:

Capture progress photos, track field change orders, and partner with Estimators to submit scope supplement requests upon discovering hidden damage.

Project Closeout & Collections:

Secure signed Certificates of Completion (COS) and zero-item punch list sign-offs immediately upon job finish, handing files to our File Coordinator for billing.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

3+ years of project management or field supervision experience in residential/commercial reconstruction, property restoration, or insurance rebuilds.

Technical Knowledge:

Ability to read and interpret detailed Xactimate scopes, construction drawings, and trade specifications.

Subcontractor Management:

Proven ability to recruit, schedule, and hold accountable trade subcontractors across Greater Philadelphia area and surrounding counties

Regulatory Compliance:

Solid understanding of

PA HICPA

guidelines, local building codes, and job site safety standards (OSHA).

Licensing:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; ability to pass background screening.
