General Superintendent | East Texas Bill's Fence - 1.7 East Texas, PA Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Customer service Driver's License Construction industry experience Construction team management Leading team collaboration initiatives Commercial building projects Full Job Description Job description General Superintendent Responsibilities include: Layout and oversight of all fence projects Working with senior members of management, estimators, and sales representatives to develop the installation plan for all projects Working with senior members of management to develop project schedules Ensuring projects stay within the established budget Ensuring materials have been procured in a timely manner to avoid shortages and delays in the project Ensuring all projects are installed to meet the project plans and specifications Requirements include: Preference will be given to candidates with a college degree in construction project management or a construction-related field College degree may be substituted with, a minimum of, five years verifiable experience as a construction general superintendent Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate effectively with clients and subordinates Ability to lead a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Desire to assist with expected company growth Experience with Excel preferred Experience in a construction setting preferred All new hires will be required to submit a pre-employment drug screen and undergo a criminal background check Competitive Salary Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
