Job Description
Assist Services has an immediate opening for a Field Supervisor to oversee our flagging division located out of Eighty Four, PA. You will be responsible for overseeing day to day field responsibilities that include site required requests and responding to field personnel needs. The area the supervisor will be overseeing is the greater Pittsburgh Region, South Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia. This position will provide a company vehicle, phone, and computer to accomplish duties.
Experience:
3-5 years of management/supervisory experience is required. 2+ year of experience in a Traffic Control or Flagging position is required. Applicants that have knowledge of the oil & gas industry and/or transportation is preferred. All candidates for this position must have at minimum high school diploma.Daily Job Duties to include:
- Schedule employees to meet the customers demand and location requests
- Complete employee evaluations, attend company meetings, perform site inspections
- Provide feedback to management team, support & uphold the company discipline outline and assist with implementing coaching techniques within our team
- Work directly with customers to fulfill work loads and requested needs
- Ensure and enforce that Assist teams are demonstrating and obeying State, Federal and local law regulations, as well as Assist Services policies
- Attend or obtain information for the Safety Manager regarding any incident that happens in the field
- Field phone calls and be able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Required:
- Must have excellent organizational skills; knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have good people skills and support the goals of the business
- Must be willing to work hard and have a team attitude
- Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record (NO DUI's or excessive points).
- All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard 10-panel drug screen and fit for duty physical.

Full-time Pay:
$62,500.00- $75,000.
