Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the successful execution of various projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with project teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to help drive project success from inception to completion. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with utilizing information from successful bids to: Review and prepare contracts for signing. Level, descope, and initiate subcontracts. Review and confirm supplier pricing. Assist with preparing initial project schedules. Assist with developing and importing project budgets and project data into project management software. Experience with MS Project preferred. Experience with HCSS Heavy Job preferred. Prepare, submit, and track product submittals, including communication and coordination with engineers, architects, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project professionals. Read and understand drawings and specifications to assist in identifying potential challenges and communicate concerns to Project Managers and field staff. Assist with tracking project progress based on schedule and budget. Collaborate with Field Supervisors, Project Managers, and office staff to support appropriate project progress. Participate in progress meetings, project walkthroughs, public meetings, and other project-related functions as directed by the Project Manager. Assist with preparing and updating project schedules for use by project staff and distribution to clients and subcontractors. Assist with preparing and submitting change order requests throughout projects. Maintain project records, documents, logs, and other required project documentation. Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination. Other Responsibilities Professionally communicate with engineers, architects, inspectors, public officials, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Utilize the MS Office Suite, MS Project, HCSS software products, and any client-requested platforms. Represent Belles Property Management professionally at project functions, events, public meetings, and other gatherings as assigned. Effectively communicate and coordinate with field and office staff. Manage time efficiently while adhering to project schedules, client timelines, and company expectations. Maintain a strong commitment to SAFETY in all aspects of the position. Maintain consistent PUNCTUALITY and attendance. Demonstrate
PROFESSIONALISM
in all interactions and job responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management team. Requirements 5 years of experience in construction preferred. 2 years of experience in heavy/highway, site, concrete, utility construction, project coordination, estimating, or a related position preferred. Previous experience in project management, construction administration, estimating, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. Experience with MS Project preferred. Experience with HCSS Heavy Job preferred. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. Must be able to speak and understand English. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver's license.
