Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays. Conduct daily site inspections and quality control reviews. Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress, budgets, and resources. Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations. Monitor project documentation, reports, and field records. Identify and resolve construction challenges in a timely manner. Foster a productive, safe, and team-oriented job site culture. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing subcontractor performance. Proficiency with construction management software is a plus. OSHA certification preferred.
