Our team operates with a strong sense of ownership, continuous improvement, and shared success. What You'll Do as aCommercial Construction Project Manager:
Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Coordinate communication between clients, design teams, and field crews. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of construction. Review drawings, revisions, truss designs, and panel layouts for accuracy and cost impact. Plan jobsite logistics, schedules, and material deliveries. Oversee subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and change orders. Track project budgets, job costs, and monthly financial performance. Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings to maintain progress and alignment.Our Ideal Commercial Construction Project Manager:

3-5+ years of experience as a lead foreman, field manager, or construction project manager with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Ownership-Driven Leader:
