What you'll do: Design site layouts, grading, stormwater management and utilities for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects Prepare plan sets, calculations, reports and permit submittals in AutoCAD Civil 3D Coordinate with clients, surveyors, architects and local review agencies through approvals and construction What you bring: EIT or PE Land development design experience in PA (PCSM/E&S a plus) AutoCAD Civil 3D What's offered: $80K-$120K base salary, depending on experience Full benefits, growth path and a steady project backlog Interested?
