What You'll Be Doing:

You'll take over jobs after the sale and manage them through completion: Perform final measurements for windows and doors Order materials and verify job specifications Schedule and coordinate installation crews Communicate with homeowners throughout the project Manage timelines and keep jobs on track Oversee installations and ensure quality Handle punch lists and assist with warranty work as needed You are the point person from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in carpentry, window/door installation, or exterior trades Strong measuring skills and attention to detail Experience ordering building materials Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication with customers and crews Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 60-75 lbs Comfortable working in the field and on job sites Ability to pull a trailer is a plus
