Work/ life balance competitive benefits and salary About Our Client A growing design-build, general contracting, and development firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, multifamily, industrial, and residential sectors. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Description Manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet project timelines. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and site conditions. Resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise during project execution. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of construction superintendent experience managing commercial, multifamily, industrial, or mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proven experience coordinating multiple subcontractor trades. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
