Your Impact:
Lead the
Charge:
Own it. Drive projects to completion with precision, speed, and the highest standards. Safety is always front and center—but excellence is what drives you.
Coordinate Ops:
Lead teams of Benchmark employees and subcontractors, ensuring daily field operations run smoothly. From safety checks to quality control, you'll be in charge of making sure it all gets done, on time, and at the highest standard.
Mentor:
Shape the next generation of construction leaders by sharing your knowledge, experience, and drive for excellence.
Collaborate:
Work closely with Project Managers to keep schedules on track, tackle challenges head-on, and adjust when things shift. You're strategizing, solving, and ensuring smooth delivery.
Learn and Execute:
Know the game plan, and master the strategy. From financial goals to scheduling, you'll ensure every aspect of the project stays on course. Logistics, milestones, inspections—you've got it all covered.
Build Relationships:
You're the client's go-to. Understand their needs, exceed their expectations, and make sure every interaction reflects Benchmark's commitment to quality. You'll also set the standard for positive, professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors—instilling fairness and professionalism in every project.

At Benchmark, learning is part of the job. You'll be actively involved in our training programs, sharpening your skills, and staying on top of the latest industry trends. What You Bring (Experiences & Qualifications): Above all, you are hungry, humble, and people-smart.
Proven Leadership:
10 + years of experience leading as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects; specifically, Healthcare or strong MEP experience is required.
Hands-On Expertise:
You've got a strong foundation from a vocational school, technical college, or a formal apprenticeship program, and you're always looking to apply your knowledge in new, challenging environments.
Blueprint Mastery:
You don't just read architectural, structural, and site blueprints—you own them. You can interpret shop drawings and solve mathematical problems with speed and accuracy.
Action-Oriented:
You are fluent in English, and whether it's complex verbal or written instructions, you're quick to understand, adapt, and execute.
Tech-Savvy Problem Solver:
Navigating Project Management software is second nature to you. If you've worked with Procore, that's a bonus, but you're always ready to tackle new tech challenges on your laptop or tablet.
