Superintendent Job Description We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion. This role requires a professional adept at coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, and maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities Schedule over 20 subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely project completion. Ensure subcontractors comply with their scope of work and address any deficiencies identified by the project team. Lead subcontractor and preconstruction meetings to coordinate work effectively. Conduct quality control checks on the performed work. Identify and resolve conflicts and issues in the construction process, communicating with the project team. Manage communication regarding issues, material submittals, and requests for information with the project team. Maintain a daily log of activities on the job site using the daily reporting software. Ensure compliance with local township requirements. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Enforce OSHA and Speedwell Safety Standards for all subcontractors. Essential Skills Construction project management experience. At least 3 years of superintendent experience. Experience in commercial construction and ground-up new builds, including footers. Proficiency in using Procore software. Experience with previous hotel projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with change orders. Ability to manage two-week look-aheads. Experience managing subcontractors. Work Environment The Superintendent will be based in South Central PA, working from a job site trailer and managing projects in the field. The role involves working on a variety of projects, including hotels, gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $67.30/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
