Affordable Site Manager

Salary:

$19-$22 / hour - based on experience Monarch Management Group Inc. is a rapidly growing property management company with properties spread throughout the Commonwealth of PA. We have a diverse portfolio of affordable housing properties, including single family homes and veteran housing communities, that we strive to keep safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of assigned buildings Ensure buildings are well-maintained and comply with all regulations Manage leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease signing, and renewals Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors (if applicable) for repairs and upkeep Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and guidelines Foster a positive community environment for residents MMG is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
