Coordinate project kickoff meetings and planning sessions. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage change orders and cost impacts. Work closely with Project Coordinator to maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals. Monthly project AIA Billings Monitor and update project schedules, budgets, and milestones Coordinate communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Maintain organized digital and physical project files Negotiate and execute project buyouts, securing competitive pricing and favorable agreements with subcontractors upon project award Review invoices for both subcontractors and client billing Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Prefer some estimating experience Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction assistant project management.
