Lead and manage day-to-day field operations across multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Qualifications:

Experience in leading and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules. Proven track record of implementing and enforcing safety protocols on construction sites. Strong communication skills to act as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders. Ability to monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Experience in maintaining accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
