Full-Time GoodHands Roofing is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Roofing Site Supervisor to join our growing team! In this role, you'll oversee residential roofing jobsites, coordinate materials and subcontractors, communicate with homeowners, and ensure every project meets our standards for quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities Prepare jobsites and ensure all materials and equipment are ready. Supervise subcontractors and monitor workmanship quality. Ensure homes, landscaping, and outdoor belongings are properly protected. Document job progress and inspections using CompanyCam. Communicate with homeowners and provide project updates. Ensure jobsites are thoroughly cleaned and inspected after completion. Track materials and communicate with the Production Manager. Represent GoodHands Roofing professionally on every jobsite. Qualifications Construction or roofing experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead others and take ownership of responsibilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid driver's license. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. We are willing to train the right candidate!
