Job Description

Open Position:
Construction Manager Our Construction Managers partner with Sales Managers to run our local sales and production offices. Candidates for this position will benefit from prior experience and demonstrated success in customer service, conflict resolution, time management, negotiating, and leadership. The ideal candidate is able to maintain excellent relationships with homeowners, co-workers and trade partners at all times; as well as leading a team responsible for building scattered site homes throughout a large building area. Construction Managers deliver quality homes on time and on budget while continually providing an outstanding customer experience. Having the ability to recruit, hire and train production staff and trade partners is a must, and having a background in the home building industry is strongly desired.
Duties:
  • Plans regular and effective production meetings
  • Plans regular and effective release meetings
  • Executes quality control processes
  • Enforces accurate schedule management and TOC reduction
  • Works with Warranty Managers and Field Managers to minimize warranty response time and overdue work orders
  • Minimizes margin erosion
  • Trains on and promotes safe work environment
  • Develop engaged employees and Trade Partners
  • Supervises Field Managers and Warranty Managers
  • Communication with trade owners with concerns
  • Projections - digs and closings (monthly and quarterly) Skill-set/Qualifications should include:

Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
